David grew up in a family of artisan bakers in Geneva, where he learned the basics of the trade from a very young age.

At 24, he opened his first signature boutique, in the heart of Geneva, at the start of 2019.

Today, he is pleased to welcome you to a new concept, combining tradition and modernity.
