5. Rates
Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.
Delivery charges may apply depending on the destination postal code and are specified when ordering.

Payment is made online using the secure payment methods offered on the site (bank card, Twint, etc.).
Orders are only prepared after full payment.

The customer must ensure that they are present at the delivery address or designate an authorized third party.
8. Time limit and cancellation
To guarantee the freshness of the products, all orders are firm and cannot be modified 24 hours before delivery.

9. Complaints
Any complaint must be made on the same day as delivery or collection.
No claims will be accepted after this period, as the products are perishable.
10. Liability
David Bourdenet declines all responsibility in the event of poor storage of products after their collection or delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of a technical problem or exceptional unavailability.
