Delivery areas
Delivery is only available in Geneva and certain neighboring municipalities. The list of postal codes served is indicated when ordering.

Delivery days and times
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday , during time slots defined at the order stage.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Preparation times
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure product freshness.
Any order validated after the deadline may be automatically postponed to the following working day.

Delivery costs
Delivery costs vary depending on the geographic area and are automatically calculated before payment is validated.

Delivery conditions
The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct and that they (or a third party) are present at the chosen time slot. In the event of absence, no refund or free re-delivery will be offered.


Return and Refund Policy

Fresh, made-to-order products
The products offered by David Bourdenet are perishable and prepared to order .
For this reason, no returns or exchanges can be accepted once the order has been delivered.

Order cancellation
Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date , by contacting us by email at: contact@davidbourdenet.ch
After this period, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Claim in case of error or defective product
In the event of an error in the order or a non-compliant product, please contact us on the same day of delivery , with a supporting photo if necessary.
We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis, and offer a replacement or partial refund if the error is proven.
